What will you do as Affinity Marketing Sales Support Manager:
The Affinity Marketing Sales Support Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing day to day operations and administrative requirements of the department which includes:
- Account Management Support
- Billing and Collection of Premiums from Partners
- Handles LCR requirements of both new and existing partners
- Supervise Sales Support Officer responsible for Affinity Marketing Partner account management
- Supervise Admin Assistant responsible for handling client inquiries, complaints, claims, etc.
- Serve as Governance Supervisor and Business Analyst for the BU
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years relevant experience in Operations from Insurance or Financial & Banking Industry
- Bachelor's Degree holder of any course
- Experience in supervising a team
- Analytical Skills
