Job Description:
- Identify target market and establish partnerships with prospective Affinity Partners through negotiation and agreement finalization
- Develop comprehensive distribution strategy and product offerings in collaboration with Affinity Partners and internal teams
- Implement end-to-end processes for sales, application processing, billing, policy administration, customer service, and claims
- Launch and manage programs, including performance analysis and continuous improvement
- Maximize potential from existing Affinity Partners by generating target premium production based on set criteria
- Develop and implement action plans to achieve distribution and financial goals
- Create and maintain all necessary reports for program management and evaluation
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year bachelor’s degree preferably on business management.
- With at least a solid 2 – 4 year experience in group insurance with specialization in credit life
- Skilled in MS Office software (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and other office computer programs or applications.
- Proficient in oral & written business communication skills.
- With strong organizational skills, assertive social skills and nifty resourcefulness.
- Keen to details & top level analysis.
- Positive work attitude that is able to handle pressure, adjust accordingly to situations and overcome challenges.
